| Who we are and what we do? |

| We are a private weather station on the Costa Banca, displaying 'live' realtime weather conditions. The site also has accurate short and long term weather
forecasts, information about any severe weather warnings plus a host of other information about all things 'weather' on the Costa Blanca. We have built up a quite a
following that is increasing daily. We are averaging around 9,000 website visits a month from around 7,000 unique visitors and increasing all the time
(mainly holiday makers checking the weather). We currently have over 2,000 'likes' on our Facebook page, another number that is growing daily. |

| It's not a cheap affair running a live weather station. There is the cost of the equipment, upkeep and maintenance, computers, servers, web hosting and time...
We have been looking for a way to generate funds to help with the running costs and future development. With the growing numbers of traffic visiting the site,
we decided a property rental site would sit perfectly with the types of visitors we get. |
