    Owner's description

    The accommodation sleeps 6 and comprises of three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a lounge/diner, with a TV in the lounge and free wifi is available.

    There is a spacious roof top solarium with sun lounge and outside sunbathing area. There is air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. Bedding and towels are provided for the villa and for use at the communal pool, which is just up the road.

    The villa is only 25 mins drive from Alicante airport. It is within walking distance of all the amenities (supermarket, bars and restaurants) and only 7 mins drive to the lovely beach of La Marina, offering miles of golden sands.

    Things to do on holiday in La Marina, Alicante, Spain

    The 17km stretch of fine, golden, blue flag accredited sand which stretches out in front of La Marina holiday rentals will certainly consume a fair proportion of your time whilst on a La Marina, Alicante holiday. As well as the usual beach time activities, scuba diving courses and sailing are hugely popular, and the unique landscape of pine woods and large rolling dunes are perfect for walking and cycling, and bicycle rentals are available from La Marina.

    There are also facilities for mini-golf, horse riding, quad bike trails and hot air balloon flights. The mountains which dominate the inland areas of La Marina have endless opportunities for walking and climbing, with spectacular views rewarding those who manage to conquer the peaks. There are also four golf courses within a few miles of a La Marina villa, the closest of which is La Marquesa, 5km towards Rojales.

    Evenings are filled with the sound live music, fiestas and the sound of picnics in the pine woods which back onto the beach. The nightlife in town is hugely absorbing, offering some genuinely fun, light-hearted bars and clubs. The traditional Spanish bodegas which can be found around the town are perfect for an evening of wine and tapas if you wish to take a night or two off from cooking, or even for a quick lunch.

    Places to holiday in La Marina, Alicante, Spain

    Local bus services link La Marina to all the local towns. Santa Pola, the castle of Santa Barbara in Guardamar, the huge pine forests of Elche and the beautiful salt lagoons of Torrevieja and La Mata are all within a short bus journey or drive from your holiday rental in La Marina.

    Family holidays to La Marina are spoilt for entertainment choice. Within an hour is the new theme park of Terra Mitica in Benidorm, with rollercoasters, a water park and a variety of entertainment. There are also two local water parks and a go karting track in easy reach.

    Summers are scorching in La Marina, with daily summer temperatures often reaching 40°C. Mild temperatures throughout the winter mean that if you take a villa in La Marina for Christmas, you shall undoubtedly be basking in temperatures of around 20°C.

    A La Marina villa is just 25 minutes from Alicante Airport (ALC), and there are a large range of transfer options from the airport to the front door of your holiday rental.

    Mid Season: 1st. April - 31st. June and 1st. September - 31st. October £300
    High Season: 1st. July - 31st. August £350

    To confirm the booking a £150 deposit is required plus a refundable damage deposit if nothing is found damaged or broken.
    There is a cleaning charge of 65€, payable on arrival to the housekeepers
