    Owner's description

    A first class villa of 270m2 with 5 bedrooms and terraces on all levels. Located directly next to one of Spain's best golf courses designed by Cabell B. Robinson. This beautiful villa in Las Colinas Golf Resort, with room for 10 people, is a gem - especially for golfers who place high demands on both the golf game and surroundings. The villa is tastefully decorated and exudes warmth and atmosphere and is among others equipped with central heating, air-conditioning and portable fans in the rooms, internet access, 46" flat screen TV with all channels, DVD player, music system for iPhone 4. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and blow dry. Besides, there is installed a separate tap with filter in the kitchen, so the water can be drunk straight from the tap. A few meters from the front door you will find the swimming pool to the delight of both children and adults.

    In Las Colinas de Campoamor, residents can enjoy the best of two worlds. The wide open spaces and natural parks as well as a dip in the Mediterranean. It is possible to use a very exclusive beach club located at Campoamor beach . There will be a departure by shuttle from the resort directly to the beach at our club, so you do not have to think of a hot car and parking. Our beach club is a 10 min drive from the golf resort.

    The golf course is in a class by itself with Cabell B. Robinson as a designer and golf course architect appears on quite sharp and with plenty of opportunities for exciting golf game on all golf rounds. There will also be international golf tournaments on the pitch. There is a driving range where the balls are ready in the pyramids to hone your swing and the ability Putting and record . This 18 hole 71 golf course is beautifully integrated with nature and a beautiful sight to your breath away . There is of course a well stocked golf shop.

    From Las Colinas offers easy access to many different towns in the area and the possibility of exciting trips. Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia are just a few of many possibilities.

    From the summer of 2014, there could exist a supermarket at the resort to make shopping easy and convenient.

    For the active , there is a fitness center and tennis courts at the resort. It is also possible to hire cycles at the golf club house. Furthermore, there is a wealth of opportunities for windsurfing, water skiing, sailing and sports on the beach.

    In the clubhouse you will find Unique Restaurant , a gourmet restaurant and also there is a sushi restaurant. So there are several options for meals . You can also choose to take the food home as an opportunity to "take away".
